Support Analyst Training
The Detica NetReveal® Support Certification Programme will certify users of the Detica NetReveal applications, Base Platform, EIM investigator, Scenario Manager, Watchlist Manager, Service Manager, Application Builder, Workflow Configurator to interact effectively with the Detica NetReveal support team. This program will empower members of your organisation with the ability to quickly resolve basic issues with the Detica NetReveal software, and also provide them with the knowledge on how to correctly report issues for efficient resolution. The purpose of this program is to equip the appropriate members of your organisation with the skills to ensure a short turn-around time for any of the issues that you encounter.

Administration Training
The following course is unique to the Builder, Visualizer, Live and Workbench products. The course is developed on a project by project basis. Duration and cost of training varies depending on project requirements. Attendees should have attended the Detica NetReveal end user training.
