End User & Business Analyst Training

Designed for end users of Detica NetReveal^® technologies, this is a comprehensive course that provides the tools for success in the everyday use of our products. The program focuses on delivering know-how in detection, investigation, management, and reporting of suspicious or fraudulent activity. It also provides information on how to tune elements of the system to meet the ongoing requirements of a rapidly changing financial crime and compliance marketplace.

End users and administrators typically receive training in the weeks prior to UAT. This will enable them to test the Detica NetReveal^® Implementation, confident in the knowledge that they will be able to use Detica NetReveal^® successfully after go-live.

Business Analysts will receive training prior to project scoping. This will inform each analyst of the capabilities of Detica NetReveal^® solutions and will ensure that project scoping is a smooth exercise from which they will be able to accurately detail their requirements to the Detica NetReveal^® Project Team.
